About the product:
A particularly crunchy snacking delight! Thanks to the very gentle roasting process, the hazelnuts develop their full aroma and become especially crunchy. At Meray, they are roasted to perfection and packaged fresh from the roaster.

The hazelnut harvest begins in early autumn, around mid-September.

Packaged in our own production facility.

Cultivation:
The hazelnut typically grows as a multi-stemmed, upright shrub reaching a height of five to six meters. The main cultivation areas today are the Mediterranean countries (Italy, Spain, France), Turkey, and the USA.
